You've got 2 and maybe 3 strikes against you. Odds are few if any lenders will want a 580 manufactured home on a small low down payment loan. IMHO, you'll have better luck taking the time and effort to improve your credit and buy a stick built home. You may even qualify for down payment assistance to free up funds...to fix your credit.
We can finance a Manufactured home at the score, there are a few things that have to be done for a manufactured home...title retired, wheels and axles removed. But certainly can be done.. The down payment would be 3.5% of the purchase price
Not gonna happen unless something changes.. Manufactured homes are one of the worst property types, and because of that, very few lenders do them.. for those that do,,, you will need a much better credit score and you will need at minimum 3.5% down.. Try getting with a credit repair specialist and see if they can guide you in improving your credit.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets.
