More info needed.. You would need to search for lenders who lend on MFH's.... But understand, unless the home is ground set and architecturally attached with an "Affidavit of affxiture" then it's not considered "real property", and you cannot get a mortgage on it.. you can get a title loan, or maybe even a bank loan, but definitely not a mortgage..
