I have no knowledge about mortgages and I need help

I am a single mom and first time homeowner. My mom passed and left her modular home and 1.5 acre land to me. Loan is still under her name but deed has my name on it. My scores are under 600 I owe close to $60k on the home with affordable monthly payments I paid three months upfront when I took over the home and moved in. I am now behind a few months. I have questions and I don't know who to ask. I am new to all of this and some in my family didn't want me to take over the home to avoid the hassle.
