I live in Oregon my husband has a v.a. loan on our house. I am on the deed not the loan. Can I sell or rent out my house.

You can do either. However, to sell it would require both of your signatures or if your husband were to be overseas indefinitely, you can obtain a simple specific power of attorney to sign for his share of home ownership. Otherwise, it would take both of you on the sales agreement and to sign final closing documents.
