I own my home and i am wantng to olace m credit in good standing. M crefit score is poor.

More info needed.. You own your home, but is their a mortgage, or is it paid off? do you want to pull cash out? When you say your credit is poor, what exactly do you mean? Perfect credit scores are in the 850 range.. and the lowest scores I've seen are in the low 400's.. but there's loan options for borrowers with scores at 560+.. I'd be happy to advise, but i need more info, specifically, what is your end goal? Fix your credit? Pull cash out to pay off other debt? I"d be happy to advise..
