Typically, USDA loans require a two year work history. If you were on SSDI because you could not work, and have been released to go back to work, additional details would be required, but you would not be automatically disqualified due to the disability period. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon, and Washington.
