I was told that Texas Law A-6 does not allow a poa on closing (refinancing) and I am in Afghanistan

Hi David, this would be best answered by a Real Estate Attorney in Texas that would be very familiar with Texas Law, so please direct your questions to someone that can provide the best answer for you. Hi David.devasier134,Unfortunately that is correct. As of June 21, 2013 POA is no longer allowed on TX Home Equity Loans.
