I was wanting to know if I could get an fha loan with no credit score.. I pay my rent and other utilities on time for the past 5 years.. Is there a way that I could prove alternate credit through paying my rent, utilities, etc..? First time home buyer!

Enter your answer hereabsolutly we add four non traditional lines of credit such as and utility, cell phone, or car insurance with atleast a twelve month payment history. if the file needs a little more streangth we may have to go to a 24 month payment history. so yes we can and they only require 3.5% down. please call if you have any questions.Anthony J.
