There are no financing options for anyone who is currently 30 or more days delinquent on their mortgage. There might be modification programs that might help, but you need to contact your existing lender for information on that.. typically, folks who apply for payment relief via loan modifications usually don't come out with the results they hoped for.. so selling your home might be a better option.. especially if you have equity..
