If I have a couple of late payments on a utility bill showing up on my credit, how much will that affect my interest rate?

It is pretty rate that a utility would report to credit unless it went to collection. There is no way to know the impact of any late on your credit score without seeing your credit and the total picture. It could be minor and it could be a lot. At Nova, we have a department called Credit Services where we will work with you on your credit to get it where it needs to be and we charge nothing for the service. Reach out to me at brad.henderson@novahomeloans.com if you want to take advantage of it. Brad

We take a look at every single file on an individual basis. It really depends on how it has affected your credit and if you would still be qualified or not. All that we would basically do is put our best foot forward to address the issue, so that way we can move forward with your loan approval. If you have any questions feel free to call me at 702-522-6745 Nathan Kessler with CityFirst Mortgage Services NMLS 377217

NV Energy would only show up on your credit if it was sent to collections. It would have to be an open trade line that is 30 days past due to effect your credit. We have a lot of experience with assisting clients with credit repair. Please email at Sherree@TheMortgagemaker.net if you have any questions or if I can be of assistance. Sherree
