I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "Disappeared"... but if the loan officer is no longer with the company, then more than likely someone else will pick up the file and continue with it.. if the entire mortgage company closed up shop, then you have no choice by to start somewhere else.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Hi John,Have you tried contacting someone else within the company? If the company is closed, maybe I can help you out. We're located in Hernando, MS. If you need assistance, please give me a call at (662) 429-5100 ext. 105.
If you are not getting any response from your previous lender -- you need to contact another local, licensed mortgage professional. I would suggestcontacting Richard Smith at (423) 280-0345 in Chattanooga (since I don't know anyone in Memphis.)
Contact lender's main office, or another lender.
If you mean your Loan Officer disappeared. Unfortunately this is very common in the industry. Either they are ignoring you because they cannot get the deal done or they are no longer with the company, most times. I would contact a local lender 411 Mortgage consultant to get some more information to help you out.
Contact a Lender411 loan officer to help you out.
Hey John,I am located here in M'Boro TN. give my office a call @ 615-867-3060 to review your situation or if you have any questions.ThanksNancy J RelefordHome Equity Mtg
Try contacting the lender's main office and see if you can get a hold of them that way or find out where they have been. If you can get in touch with anyone in the company, begin the transaction with a new lender. Try to find a lender that a friend or real estate agent can refer to you.
