If you closed on a home almost 60 days ago, the mortgage co. sold the mortgage. Now the old co. is saying they found a foreclosure7 yrs ago and want your divorce decree, This is not on my credit report, I don't have a judgements or liens for this property. What should I do?

Once a home loan is closed, it is closed. They can't revoke it or go back on it, so no worries. With that said, you did sign documents at closing that said you would assist them with resigning or correcting anything.
