if you purchase a dwmh, does it have to be on a block foundation or can it be part on a slab?

For it to be considered "real property", it must be architecturally attached to a lot or piece of land.. this could be sitting on a slab, on a raised block foundation or have a basement under it.. so long as it meets HUD's guidelines, then it's ok..
