Hi Cece, much more goes into determining if you qualify. It is best to speak with a lender directly to determine if you qualify. Feel free to send us an email at info@prospectfgi.com. We can look at your financial and pre-qualify you for free.

HI Cece - as the other lenders pointed out, we need more info to qualify you. But, I can tell you that if you're able to put 20% down and have less than $500 a month in debt (credit card monthly payments, car payments, etc), YES, you would qualify for the $200,000 home with a conventional loan. If you debt is higher, or down payment is less, we can look at other financing options such as FHA, or perhaps using a non-occupant co-borrower. Contact me if you want me to go over your situation in more detail! 707-364-4115, marty.stern@homestreet.com

Without knowing what debt you have, we cannot tell you if you qualify or not.. Understand that lenders look at over 100 different things to determine one's eligibility.. knowing a credit score and income are just 2.. The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be able to tell you exactly what you qualify for.. By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. I see Marty Stern provided a good answer with very little information provided. As a former colleague I am delighted to see him responding to your question. You do score points with our mortgage bank for having excellent credit! We do like to provide grants and down payment assistance for borrowers who qualify. That could minimize the amount of money you have to come in with to complete thetransaction.
