I'm interested in a loan for an "earth" home.. where can I go to get the best rates?

Much more info needed, but if by "Earth" home, your talking about a home that is underground, or made by hollowing out a bolder or rock face, or a home that's above ground, but covered in dirt, then there are NO conforming loans available for this type of property purchase.. in fact, there might not be any type of financing available for this property type.. but If there is, it would only be on the "hard money" market.. expect very low Loan to Values (LTV), meaning you will need 40% to 50% down, and expect high fees and rates..
