Do you hold a valid US Passport? Do you have a valid US Social Security Number? There are certain requirements that must be met to establish your potential eligibility to obtain financing, including sourcing a stable income source and employment history. Send me an offline message if you would like to work on this together. Thank you!
Eventually, but not at first.. You have to be employed, and you must file at least 2 years tax returns with the US and pay taxes to the US on that income.. Conforming lenders in the US will not accept any other forms of proof of income other than what can be verified through the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS)... There are Hard Money Lenders out there that will lend, but their guidelines are based on equity position, so you would need 30% to 50% down to be considered, but there is that loan product.... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. I have to agree with William from Velocity, Banks in the US, are currently being held to strick guidelines. 2 forms of US ID are required and 2 years of transcribed tax returns are the norm. If you meet these 2 items then you are almost there. If you do not, I would look to a Hard Money Lender, They will require more down payment, and they will have higher rates, but you can write of the intrest and you will be able to refinance in a few years. So its a short term plan that will have the same result. You will be a home owner. Good Luck WWW. HOMEMORTGAGEXPERT.COM 855 411 LEND
