While possible, buying a home as an LLC, versus buying as a person, changes a lot. Your standard low rate traditional loans DO NOT lend to LLC's. You'll generally need a Non-Qm or commercial loan, and the interest rates are higher on those. Many people buy in their name, and put it in an LLC afterwards.
