Most likely need to speak with a real estate attorney to find out your options. Unless you are 62 or older and have equity in your home, don't think there are any refinance options for you.Sorry, good luck
You need to get out of foreclosuretry to work things out with the bank If you are still employed and can make the new payments then it can be worked out If you are lacking income You will need to start over after the foreclosure If it is due to loss of income by more than 20% You can get financed again after 12 months of good credit and on track with your job
If you are currently in foreclosure, cleaning up your credit is the least of your worries. Getting your mortgage current to stop the foreclosure is what you should be focusing on. Once your mortgage is current, the foreclosure process stops and then you can begin working on improving your credit. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona (AZLO0911876 / AZBK0902429), Washington (WALO40586 / WACL3087) and California (CADOC40586 / CAFLL6036566). You may need to consider chapter 13 bankruptcy, in order to save your home.
I agree with Bert and Dave answers listed below. You need to find a way to stop the foreclosure as quick as possible.
As the others said, you need to deal with the foreclosure first.
I do have one person that I can refer you to, that works with the banks to save your home email at yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com
Credit Restoration is a lengthy process, can go from as little as 3 months to a year, based on the damage needing to be repaired. As far as a credit restoration company keeping you in your home, you will need to find a company who specializes in foreclosures. Many attorneys, or RE agents have built their business around foreclosures. Many of these companies file Stays with the courthouse to buy you time, while they negotiate with the lender. I wish you the best of luck, I understand how emotional the process of losing your home is. I own and operate a credit restoration company too, thus hope you get your credit where you'd like it.
