Depending on the loan product your looking at, you can put as little down as Zero!!... USDA allows for 100% financing, VA also offers 100% financing, however you need VA benefits to qualify.. FHA requires 3.5% down, and conventional financing requires 3% or more down.. If your looking to avoid mortgage insurance, you need to put 20% down, or go with a conventional product where the MI is a split premium, upfront, or lender paid.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
