Check with your state consumer affairs or other similar department, BBB and the National Mortgage Licensing System, or ask local Realtors who have referred customers to them. No one on this site is likely to "rate" another lender.

Also spend a few minutes checking web / googling them ... You will find info ... Good and bad ... You might get a proposal from them and then get another 1 or 2 proposals from other firms to compare

iFreedom Direct is an internet nationwide lender.. in my experience, it's a bad idea to use someone who is not familiar local customs and intricacies that maybe a local "brick and mortar" lender would.. for this reason, I always suggest you contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. iFreedom Direct was just purchased by a new owner. I personally worked for the group that purchased this company in the past. They are great guys and always have the customer at heart. I am also licensed in Washington if you would like to have a second option, which is never a bad thing.

I would recommend getting a proposal from them and then using same criteria - contact several local lenders with same criteria for 1-2 other proposals ...compare and cjhoose who you want to work with ....if you dont understand the figures you receive - ask for clarification ...Dave Skow Eagle Home Mortgage Seattle 206 714 9745 daveskow@eaglehm.com
