Is it possible...After bankruptcy mortgage FL Home with 5% down??? Scores 599-651

hi: FHA requires 3 yrs out of BK ch 7....Ch 13 is less...If you have 5% down I have other sources of funding to assist which credit is not a determining factor.just income and equity of property. (Mike 703 505 5300)
