Won't be for at least another year because HARP 2, the one we have now, isn't set to expire until 12/2013
Nope and Nope. At this point, HARP 3 is just talk. IF something were to happen it wouldn't be until middle of next year at the earliest. Depending on who you lender is, you may not have to wait. Some of the big banks are becoming practical with arrangements for underwater homeowners that are not Fannie or Freddie. Try them again before giving up. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950
right now its a urban legend... all talk , no action yet
It is not out yet and it is not a definite thing.
If you would like to discuss the HARP 2.0 we cover PA. 201-962-3555 Team@BestMortgageOption.com
It is now January 2013, and there is NO HARP 3 program out yet. The good news is that it isn't dead, and there is still plenty of activity behind the scenes in possibly bringing a HARP 3 type program to market for underwater homeowner WITHOUT a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac backed loan, like what is required today. Stay tuned... www.HARP3-Refinance.com
