There is a lot of information missing; however, if your score is 561, then you're not far from the required 620 to 640 required for most lenders. Best advice is to contact a local mortgage broker, not a bank, and apply with them.. They can look at your complete profile and determine what the necessary steps would be to rapidly improve your score. They also have access to numerous lenders and can find the right match for your particular scenario.. WilliamAcres.com

Doubtful you will find a lender that will give you what you are looking for today, but you aren't too far away from where you need to be, depending on what needs to be done. Contact a local Mortgage Banker/Broker. They should be able to guide you on what you need to do to get your scores up. In most cases, the steps you need to take are relatively simple. Most lenders are looking for a middle credit score of at least 620.
