just want to know the credit score needed for home equity line of credit, and if it's flexible depending upon income. by leilajames86423735 from Divide, Colorado. Jul 7th 2014
In most cases, you'll need a 660, but possible higher for various lenders, banks, and/or credit unions. Income does not offset your score, but you will need to also fully qualify on LTV and DTI in addition to any other requirements there may be. You will need to check with each of them individually for their guidelines. Good Luck!
