Not sure what your exact issue is but BAC is the parent company of BOA. If BAC is discharging your mortgagethen they are probably the entity that appeared on your note as the mortgagee.
NO.. and you wont see it.. since BAC is a parent company of BofA, there is nothing preventing one company to do business on the other companies behalf.. ..
