VA will finance condo's, and it does have to be an approved project... here's a great article by Bruce Reichstein explaining the process.. http://www.valoans.com/va_article?id=286 I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Not all condo projects are eligible for VA financing. If you intend to use VA, you will have to find a project that meets their guidelines. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950

Generally, if the project is approved by HUD/FHA it will be acceptable to VA.

Look for a condo that has FHA approval, and you should do fine with a VA loan.

Typically if it is a HUD approved development VA will be ok with it.
