You probably won't find anything with a 574, but it's possible with a 580. With a 580 credit score you can get an FHA loan, but that means paying mortgage insurance and an up front premium. Since you have a balloon, you may be in a position where you must do this, so it might be worth while to investigate. There are things that can be done to get your score from a 574 to a 580 quickly, but the underlying cause of the low scores would also have to be looked at. The quick answer is no on the 574, but possibly yes to a 580 going with FHA.
