Lender needed for a investment property REFI
Hi,I am looking for a lender to refinance my existing residential mortgage for $300K . This is a NY investment property which has 3 houses on a single tax lot deed. There are a total of 5 rental units on the property which are zoned residential. I am looking for a portfolio lender that can refinance a 15 year mortgage for this type of property.
