Lender wants 12 months cancelled checks for rent verification

I am at the final stages of my loan closing. I have submitted every item the underwriter has requested, but now I am told that because my landlord isnt a company the VOP she faxed in isn't sufficient. They want 12 months cancelled checks showing I paid rent. I don't pay with checks usually and paid with money orders. I don't have most of the receipts though. I sent them monthly statements showing that around the same time each month I pulled money for rent. I had one cancelled check and one money order receipt as well which I sent. Should this be sufficent? Also the amount I took out varied depending on situation. Sometimes was $900 exactly if I had a couple bucks for the money order and withdrew from the teller and other times it was two seperate transactions, one right after the other, totaling $900 or $920 if I needed the extra for money order which I explained on the statements. Should I be okay? by Amberlynn93726891 from Fresno, California. Jun 20th 2015 Reply
