Live work loan

We paid cash for an old 2 story factory with basement last January. We have been renovating the top floor to be our home and will eventually make the main floor a wellness studio. The basement will not be part of the business-- it will be used for personal storage (since we won't have a garage or attic) and possibly a workout room for my son. We would like to inquire about a loan to help us combine loans as well as free up some cash in order to complete the renovations, but can't find anyone who will do this type of loan...
