Loan was sold to Glenwell Bank??
My mortgage was sold. Received a letter says the bank is now Glenwell bank and I need to call and verify my account information. I can't find any information for this institution anywhere on-line. The phone number on the letter goes to a Google voice mail that is automated. Has anyone here experienced fraud in this type? Before you call Glenwell.. you need to call your existing lender and ask them if your loan was sold.. It sounds like a scam.. so It could be a scam..
