"Find a Lender" Tab above, or you can Google "Mortgage broker, <zip code>" you will get a list of local brokers who might be able to help you.. Having LPMI is not an issue, the BK 7 could be.. it depends on other strong compensating factors, such as a high credit score, large cash assets, high income, etc... It also depends if your loan is a Freddie Mac vs. Fannie Mae.. Freddie Mac loans are tougher to get approved than Fannie Mae... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Stephanie,I already gave you the information earlier today, the answer hasn't changed . You are not going to be able to do anything until 12/13 because of the BK!I know it's not the answer you want to hear. You're wasting everybody's time by asking the same question.

Nancy..actually I was already approved with Greenlight Financial with the ch7 less than two yrs out...the only reason the couldn't do it was because of the LPMI ...they are not doing HARP loans with LPMI at this time. So I am just checking to see if there are other lender out there who can do both. This is from active rain website, bills.com and multiple other websites:Underwriting Requirements RelaxedWhat's new No. 2: Relaxed Foreclosure & Bankruptcy rules: Your HARP loan could be approved, regardless of how recently a borrower filed bankruptcy or experienced a foreclosure.
