Looking for a loan on a manufactured home that I will be using as a rental property.

One of the hardest property types to find financing on is a MFH.. add the property use as "Investor".. and the loan is near impossible to find.. I have access to over 30 of the top lenders in the country, and only 3 of them lend on MFH... and none will do it for an investment... That should tell you something.. if a lender is not willing to lend on it, it typically means that in their experience, the risk is not worth the reward.
