We are looking to buy an adjoining rental property. We have 10 acres with our current manufactured residential property. by glarder991 from Edgewood, New Mexico. Dec 7th 2017
Very, very difficult loan to find.. There are lenders out there who do MFH's.. but I don't know of any that will do it for an investment property.. If the seller will finance you, that would ultimately be your best bet.. Or if you own a site built home with sufficient equity, you can always do a cash out refinance on your home, then pay cash for the adjoining property.. aside form that,,, you will need to get on a search engine and look for MFH's lenders and start calling them.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
