Looking for a loan product that can close quickly

I am choosing between 2 homes that has caught my fancy. I plan to apply for an FHA loan to fund the purchase. Houses are selling fast in our area in NC and I want a loan product that can close quickly. I have credit scores in the mid 700s and can put down at least 20% for a single family home.
