I dislike the term manufactured home, as there are really two types, and lending if different for the two. First is "Mobile Home" - Towed to the property, has it own wheels, trailer hitch, steel frame. etc. Second is a "Modular home" which is wood frame like a regular house. brought to the property on the back of a truck, and a crane puts it in place. A typical modular home is treated just like any other home, while a mobile home falls under mobile home rules. I lend in MN WI IA ND SD.
