More info needed,, but in general.. if your home is architecturally attached to land which you own, and a affidavit of affixture has been filed with your county. then you have "Real Property".. and you can go to any mortgage lender and apply for a cash out refinance.. .if you are talking about a home sitting in a mobile home park, then you cannot get a mortgage.. but there might be a lender out there that will refinance you... try asking your neighbors who they financed their home with.. and contact them...
