Try a google search for "Mobile home lender ".. and you should get a list of local lenders who offer MFH financing.. understand that there is a difference if you are looking to buy a home that is architecturally attached to land (real property) vs. a MFH in a park. For real property, you can get a mortgage.. for a home in the park, you need a lender who does collateral loans.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
