Looking for Jumbo Physician Construction Loan in Ohio
Husband is physician with signed contract beginning in summer 2017. Valued at 300k annually with 90k signing bonus paid out over the next year. Looking to build our final family home, top budgeted amount is 1.5m. Looking for a construction to permanent physician loan with 5% down. We both have excellent credit. WOW!!! Good luck finding that loan.. realistically, the Physician Jumbo loan is available, but a construction to perm, jumbo with 5% down.. I'm not sure anyone is doing them.. There is a nationwide lender who will do Physician Jumbo's to 100% LTV up to $1M.. but this for a purchase only.. not construction.. Also, if the job contract is a year away, i'm not sure anyone will do this loan right now.. he's going to need to be working and collecting a paycheck under the new contract before you can even apply.. More than likely, you're not going to find anything based on the info you provided.. at least not until he's actually working in his new position..
