More info needed.. For a VA cash out refinance, we typically do not need your bank statement.. Bank statements are only required when trying to verify funds to close,, For a cash out refinance, you are receiving cash, not bring cash to close.. But if for any reason, they do ask for a copy of your bank statement, then if you have lots of bounced check's,, that could be a problem. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893

They like to see your bank statements, but as William said bounced checks do not look good and may get your loan declined. I'm located in Murfreesboro, TN if you want to send me an email or give my office a call I would be happy to help you!Thanks615-867-3060

Bank statement generally is NOT needed on a refinance with cash out. They only really need bank statements to verify any cash needed to close. As you are getting cash back, you shouldn't need to provide bank statements. For VA loans in MN, WI, and WI, visit me at VAmortgageMN.com
