Looking to see if we can get a traditional loan we presently have a HELOC that is more than value of our home

We live in Western Massachusetts. Wife and I make approx $80K/yr, excellent credit- around 826 is the number. In 2007 we had to take a HELOC, amount was $167,000, value of the home then was $178,000. Terms were 10 yrs interest only, then at end of ten yrs, pay original loan amount in full or they take house. We have paid approx 2,000 off the 167,000. Approx 6.5 yrs left and looking to see if we can get a tradiotioanl loan- I know its difficult there's no equity left- but can anyone help us.Thanks,Chris by chrismass from Springfield, Massachusetts.
