Mobile Home PLUS land loan in OR? Any suggestions?

Are wanting to put a new manufactured on a lot you plan to purchase? Would need some more details. If its a used mobile home you are planning to move that will be much more difficult as not many lending programs will allow for a manufactured home to be moved from its original set location.
