Mortgage for green card holder who works oveseas

I have a 1 apartment in a foreign country, one of them is rented by some person and 1 commercial real estate, which is also rented. These 2 are my income. 5000.00Also i work on company which is also abroad and make for 2000. monthI am a green card holder and Just from the recently lived in Miami, so i have 2 bank accounts but less than year of relationship with the banks. I started my credit card just recently (less than 2 years ago)I found the apartment I would like to buy, but I have only 200.000 to put down and I need 225.000 to borrow.I would like to find out more about the credit for working abroad clients.And the possibility for me to get home mortgage. by karikari from Miami, Florida.
