We own a home in the US. As we are currently living in Germany, we would like to get a mortgage for our US home to finance a second home in Germany. Our only income is in European Euros. by markus_711_485 from , . May 20th 2012
You cannot get any insured loan unless you can provide US tax returns with enough income to support your debt.. There might be some Hard Money lenders out there that might lend you the money, but it will cost you with higher fees and higher interest rate. But to be sure, you should contact a LOCAL mortgage broker in the city you plan to live in, not the local "Big" bank, and certainly not one of those 50 states internet lenders...By applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with numerous lenders, seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario. Because he has lower overhead, he can offer you lower rates and lower fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com
