Hi William! Seems like your score is in good shape for financing. You will need to actually complete a full mortgage application and have a mortgage credit report completed as your consumer credit scores are not the same as those used for mortgage financing. I can help you directly if you'd like, so feel free to review my profile and send me a message directly if you'd like some help. I could call or email you tonight if that works! Thank you!

650 is generally going to mean a FHA loan or you will may need a larger downpayment for a conventional loan. To reach any of us click on our name/profile and there should be info such as email address, website and phone number

First, i need to know your income, are you paystubs? self employed?? ARE YOU A VET?? do you own any other homes? with out this , i am just guessing that a FHA , loan would work for you. For a primary home, it is 3.5% down of your loan amount, or there are sources for gifted funds... you can always go privately, and email me at yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com linda

You need to be more specific what you are wanting to do and also need more information about you than just your credit score.

William, the information provided here is not enough for any lender to answer your question. Go sit down with a local mortgage broker (not a bank), give them a full application, which will allow them to zero in on all your options. www.MetzlerMortgage.com

Based on your scores, your should qualify for conventional or FHA financing. However, as the others in this thread have said, your entire scenario needs to be looked at before a determination can be made.
