I think your up for a surprise.. the MFH price might be within your price range, however most lenders that do MFH loans will usually charge a higher than market rate and their down payment requirements will be higher. I will give you one piece of very good advice.. if you can avoid buying a MFH, then do it.. There's a reason why there are so few lenders doing them and for those that do, there's a reason they want you to put more down payment and charge you a higher rate.. MFH are the first property types to go down in value when the market turns bad, and they are the last to appreciate in value in a good market..
