my father is deceased and still on my mortgage title.
He left a lot of debt. should I be worried if other companies he owed will come for my house? How can I remove him from the title for my home?

You have a problem. I would sell fast because if time moves on and many creditors keep coming it could take all your equity. I know it's hard but talk to a CPA and Lawyer. If your equity is only a few thousand and no savings stay but is the equity is a big number and saving also sell now.
You don't have to sell. You can complete a survivorship affidavit or death affidavit, which explains that one owner had passed away. This will allow you to release the other borrower from the mortgage. You must be able to show the death certificate and also have this document recorded.
