My landlord is offering his property but wants cash only

A few years ago my back got hurt while working which caused me to stop working until now. I may not have a salary but I make between $1500 to 2100 a month from my stock portfolio from dividends. I also make $300 a month in crypto. Where can I get a loan on a property even if I don’t have a job? My landlord is giving me a chance to buy his property but he only wants cash outright.
