My original loan closed on 12/09/21. My Lender reached our sometime in February that they needed my help and wanted to refinance my loan over a mistake they made. After a few concerns I agreed to help and they asked for pay stubs, bank statements, and they ran my credit twice without authorization. I never heard back from them and now 4 months later they are trying to do the process again (asking for pay stubs, bank statements, and want to rerun my credit), I refuse to let them run my credit again as they've already cost me many hard inquiries and refuse to turn in more paperwork as they chose to take no action to refinance the loan 4 months ago. Now they want to threaten me with the compliance agreement. What are my options at this point? Note: I never disagreed to help them, they want to keep running my credit and getting documents from me whenever they please. by kaylen.abowzid612 from San Jose, California. May 31st 2022
