You will want to talk with a local lender and go over your full credit profile, but based on the little information you have there I think you will be able to proceed with a lender to get you approved.

FHA requires 3 years from the date of the sale. Conventional requires 4 years.. you should be ok so long as you meet all other qualifying requirements..
